2009 Phil F. Duffy Scholarship Program

The Fair Oaks Council #6066 Knights of Colombus is proud to manage the 2009 Phil F. Duffy Scholarship. There will be two awards given to eligible eigth graders who will be attending a Catholic High School in the Fall of 2009.
